TOPofART wants to remind you to keep patient, in order to get you the highest quality, being our mission to fulfill your expectations.

We not stretch and frame our oil paintings due to several reasons:
Painting reproduction is a high quality expensive product, which we cannot risk to damage by sending it being stretched.
Also, there are postal restrictions, regarding the size of the shipment.
Additionally, due to the dimensions of the stretched canvas, the shipment price may exceed the price of the product itself.

You can stretch and frame your painting in your local frame-shop.

Once the painting Tiger, Lion and Leopard Hunt is ready and dry, it will be shipped to your delivery address. The canvas will be rolled-up in a secure postal tube.

We offer free shipping as well as paid express transportation services.

Over 20 Years Experience
Only Museum Quality

The paintings we create are only of museum quality. Our academy graduated artists will never allow a compromise in the quality and detail of the ordered painting. TOPofART do not work, and will never allow ourselves to work with low quality studios from the Far East. We are based in Europe, and quality is our highest priority.

Peter Paul Rubens’ Tiger, Lion and Leopard Hunt (1616) is a dynamic explosion of violence and energy, where the viewer is thrust into the heart of a ferocious struggle between man and beast. Rubens masterfully constructs a swirling composition, where bodies - both human and animal - clash in a chaotic ballet of muscle, fur, and desperation. The central figure, a horse rearing back in terror, becomes the axis around which the chaos revolves, its pale form in stark contrast to the darker tones of the predators.

The painting is not just a battle; it's a symphony of color and motion. Rubens’ palette here is rich and bold - the vibrant reds and golds of the hunters’ costumes stand out against the earth tones of the animals and the cooler blues of the sky. The bodies of the tigers and leopards shimmer with life, their fur rendered with an almost tactile realism. The human figures, their muscular forms twisted in action, are caught in moments of primal survival. The contortions of the animals, in turn, capture the wild ferocity of nature unleashed, teeth bared and claws extended in full attack.

What’s striking about the composition is its dynamism. Rubens arranges the scene in a circular motion, pulling the viewer’s eye around the canvas - from the man battling a lion in the foreground to the horse in the center, and then up to the struggling figures at the top. It’s a whirlwind of action, yet Rubens keeps it controlled and balanced. There’s a tension between the beauty of the forms and the brutal reality of the scene. It’s a painting that captures the raw force of nature and humanity’s attempt to dominate it, a visual testament to Rubens’ skill in blending movement, color, and emotion into a single, breathtaking moment.

I am so excited to tell you how absolutely fantastic the Lion, Tiger, Leopard Hunt is now that it is hanging on our mantle for all visitors to enjoy. It is quite the conversation piece for all who walk in and we are amazed at the quality of the work. The fear in the eyes of the main character as the claws pierce his forehead is particularly intrigu... ing to me. Anyway, as you probably anticipated we want another painting. Rubens "Landscape with a Rainbow"
Thank you again for adding your talent to our home. It is truly a treasure.
